Mars in Aimargues, France, is seeking a Global DRY Technology Specialist to lead industrialization of DRY food products globally. You will own DRY process and product specifications across the Royal Canin and PETNUTRITION networks, from raw material reception to cooling, ensuring alignment with quality standards.

You will drive DRY technology development, manage QUEST project stages, and collaborate with regional teams to validate products and processes for global rollout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in science or engineering (mechanical, chemical, or food).
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in food technology development or process scale-up is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead the DRY INDUSTRIALIZATION pillar at a global level.
• Define and publish DRY technology R&D specifications for manufacturing.
• Support deployment of DRY product/process across Royal Canin and PETNUTRITION networks.
