Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates seeks a Global DRY Technology Specialist to lead the implementation of new raw materials, processes, and products across the global factory network for Royal Canin and PETNUTRITION. The role oversees DRY technology R&D specifications and governance, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates hold a science/engineering degree with 5+ years in food tech development, process scaling, or deployment, and speak fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science or engineering; Packaging preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food technology development, process scale-up, or related roles.
• Experience in multicultural/international companies.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is a plus.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the DRY INDUSTRIALIZATION pillar at Global.
• Develop and publish DRY technology R&D specs for manufacturing.
• Define DRY process and product specifications for new materials and technology.
• Support deployment of Royal Canin product and process across the manufacturing network.
• Collaborate with regional teams on project validation and knowledge management.
