DiliTrust is seeking a Website Manager to own an international B2B site in five languages and spearhead migration to an AI-powered CMS. You will move fast, test, and run the site like a product, translating positioning into pages, templates, and UX that convert.

You will collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, Brand and IT to ensure accessibility, SEO, GA4 tracking, and HubSpot integrations while keeping the site fast and reliable across markets.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years in marketing or product marketing.
• Experience managing a B2B website in SaaS or complex software with multilingual audiences.
• Experience migrating a website, including redirects and protecting rankings.
• Strong CMS knowledge: WordPress plus AI-powered or headless platforms.
• Hands-on AI skills and automation experience.
• Good eye for design and proficiency in Figma.
• Technical fluency: HTML, CSS, GA4, GTM, Search Console, HubSpot forms.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Knowledge of accessibility, GDPR and cookie consent is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Website rebuild: audit, decide moves, and merge/retire content with Product Marketing.
• Build content model and templates in new CMS for page creation without developers.
• Run redirects, HubSpot forms, and tracking to preserve rankings and leads.
• Launch in five languages and retire WordPress with IT; train team on new tool.
• Own website roadmap, keep site healthy, and evolve templates/navigation.
• Run translation workflow and publish approved content; ensure accessibility and security.
• Own tracking (GA4, GTM, Search Console) and report results in business terms.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue Ops, IT; liaise with agencies and freelancers.
