Adaequatio Services is seeking a Training Manager to lead end-to-end online training programmes and learning materials that build knowledge of GS1 standards, services and sectors. You will coordinate needs analysis, design, development, delivery and promotion of learning content, collaborating with subject matter experts, external agencies and GS1 teams.

The role requires strong project management, global teamwork and the ability to create engaging content on tight timelines, with up to 10%

Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing and evaluating global training programmes.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills; capable of storyboard work.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the Training team's project portfolio across initiatives.
• Lead design, development and delivery of learning programmes and materials.
• Conduct needs analysis and develop training strategies aligned with priorities.
• Facilitate virtual groups with training experts to share best practices.
• Prepare and deliver in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Promote adoption of the global learning platform and ensure content accessibility.
