Job summary
CMA CGM Group is seeking a Project Development Manager for Terminals Holding in Marseille. You will lead the development agenda, identifying growth opportunities across the global terminal portfolio and overseeing acquisitions, expansions, and joint ventures.
You will manage the development lifecycle from opportunity assessment through integration, collaborating with Finance, Legal, Operations, Engineering and Commercial teams to ensure disciplined capital allocation and risk assessment.
Qualifications
- 10 years of executive leadership experience within ports, terminals, shipping, logistics or infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience in mergers & acquisitions and major investment projects.
- Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements in international environments.
- Strong track record in P&L management, terminal operations and infrastructure development would be a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead development portfolio and growth across global terminal portfolio.
- Identify and pursue new acquisition opportunities, brownfield and greenfield developments.
- Assess and execute joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust evaluation and execution of projects.
