Job summary

The CMA CGM Group is seeking a Global Project Management Specialist (M/F) for its Head Office in Marseille. You will drive transformation initiatives within the Customer Care Transformation team, overseeing strategic products and projects to enhance experiences for customers and end users.

You will define objectives, manage risks, coordinate stakeholders from executives to external partners, monitor progress and drive continuous improvements while ensuring on-time, on-scope delivery within

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
Experience in customer service or transformation roles.
Strong analytical, project management and strategic planning skills.
Team building, management and collaborative abilities.
Knowledge of CMA-CGM internal tools (NOVA, LARA, etc.) and processes.
Understanding of AI operations and ability to incorporate AI solutions.

Responsibilities

Define project objectives, success criteria, and KPIs with senior management.
Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation.
Facilitate communication among executives, units and external partners.
Monitor progress and report updates to stakeholders, align with goals.
Drive continuous improvement for process optimization and efficiency.
Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, with quality.
Apply CMA CGM processes and systems (LISA, LARA, C2A, MyCS) to oversee projects.
Manage products, projects or a portfolio to ensure strategic alignment and delivery.
