Job summary

CMA CGM Group is seeking an IT Performance Lead Terminal to oversee IT performance for a portfolio of terminals. You'll ensure global IT standards are met, drive performance, and guide IT governance with a focus on cost management and strategic initiatives.

The role requires CIO/IT leadership experience in container terminals, strong financial acumen, and excellent stakeholder communication with English fluency. Based in Marseille, on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as CIO / IT manager in Container Terminal industry.
• Experience with budget planning and financial oversight.
• Strategic thinking and long-term focus.
• Strong IT infrastructure and security understanding.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• High-Level Performance Monitoring: monitor IT performance and health of terminals using KPIs and dashboards.
• Strategic Governance: ensure terminal IT teams align with corporate IT policies and guidelines.
• Value-Creation Projects: identify initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, or enhance security.
• Budget Management (CAPEX/OPEX): participate in planning, tracking expenditures, and forecasting.
• Stakeholder Management: be the primary contact for terminal managers and local IT leaders.
• Incident and Problem Oversight: oversee major IT issues and drive root-cause analysis.
• Project and Program Coordination: coordinate strategic IT projects across terminals.
• Reporting and Analysis: generate high-level performance reports for senior management.
• Best Practices and Innovation: promote cross-terminal adoption of best practices.
• Collaborate on M&A/Tender IT activities within the portfolio.
