Renault Trucks International is seeking a technical and driver trainer to lead the competence development program for Africa & LAPAC importers, overseeing scheduling, logistics, material development, and delivery of technical training. Role reports to the Competence Development Manager Africa & LAPAC and is based in Lyon, Saint-Priest.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in skills development, strong design skills, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in skills development, ideally in a trainer role.
Strong training design and development knowledge; familiar with QALIOPI standards.

Responsabilités

Manage competence development solutions: self-study, classroom courses, and other training materials.
Coordinate trainer network and course curricula within defined subject areas.
Oversee the training calendar for Renault Trucks partners.
Handle training prep and logistics for all implementations.
Design course outlines and select appropriate training methods (ILT, e-learning, video).
Develop course material aligned with Renault Trucks standards.
Deliver training including driver training; conduct evaluations.
Prepare training reports post-implementation.
Collaborate with Quality & Warranty to resolve technical issues.
Support importer workshop staff in competence development activities.
