Jobtailor is seeking a skilled PMO/Project Manager to develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables across engineering, R&D, production, and supply chain teams in an international setting.

You will monitor progress, manage KPIs, risks, and actions, and ensure alignment with technical and contractual requirements while preparing reports for senior management. Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus English fluency, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, project management, or equivalent.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in PMO or project management.
• Experience in an industrial, technology, or international environment is ideal.
• Proficiency in MS Project, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence or an ERP system a plus.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Willingness to travel occasionally internationally, particularly to Rwanda.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Monitor the operational progress of the various disciplines and identify deviations from objectives
• Manage and consolidate project KPIs, including costs, timelines, workload, resources, and quality
• Identify and monitor risks, roadblocks, and action plans
• Ensure that technical and contractual requirements are properly addressed
• Coordinate engineering, R&D, industrialization, production, supply chain, quality, and procurement teams
• Prepare and/or lead project meetings and reviews
• Track decisions and action items
• Produce dashboards and reports for project managers and senior management
• Contribute to the optimization of project management processes and methodologies
• Support project managers and functional teams in managing complex technology projects in an international environment
