Jobtailor seeks an experienced Senior IT PMO Lead to steer a global S&OP transformation for a maritime industry leader. You will manage deadlines, budgets over €1 million, and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of Product Owners, developers, and external providers.

Fluent English, strong governance and risk skills, and a track record in complex IT programs across data, digital, and ERP projects are essential.

Qualifications

8 to 10 years of experience directing complex IT projects or transformation programs.
Fluent professional English is essential.
Knowledge of S&OP, ERP, Supply Chain, and Finance tools.
Proven governance management and budget expertise.

Responsabilités

Lead global S&OP transformation program and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
Deploy a new application ecosystem and coordinate IT and business teams.
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and risks.
Act as liaison across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing.
Organize steering committees and produce executive reports.
Oversee testing, deployment, and change management phases.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Product Owners and vendors.
Ensure stakeholder alignment and governance across programs.
