Jobtailor is seeking a motivated student in engineering or business to join our project coordination team in Massy. You will learn and master project structuring fundamentals while supporting program management to ensure smooth service delivery.

You will monitor the financial status of placed orders, track actions in JIRA, and contribute to internal management reporting. Proficiency with MS Office and experience with MS Project or Primavera are a plus.

Qualifications

• Student in engineering or business school.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Solid understanding of project management fundamentals.
• Understanding of EAC and ETC concepts.
• Initial experience with scheduling tools such as MS Project.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Primavera.
• Autonomous, creative and responsive.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Strong summarization skills and ability to produce effective reports.
• Meticulous and dependable work ethic.
