Jobtailor is seeking an experienced PMO for a strategic project in a secure IT environment. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules, milestones and dependencies, and reporting to governance bodies.

You will support the Project Director, structure parallel workstreams, track progress, and mitigate risks while ensuring tight alignment with technical, security, and business teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management / PMO.
• Experience with IAM.
• Active Directory and Windows authentication.
• Knowledge of project planning, risk management, and budgeting.
• Multi-team coordination and governance.
• Experience in complex, secure IT environments.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operational management and cross-functional coordination of a strategic project.
• Support the Project Director in program management (scheduling, milestones, dependencies).
• Structure and coordinate the parallelization of project workstreams.
• Track work progress and consolidate management indicators.
• Prepare materials for steering committees and governance bodies.
• Monitor actions, decisions and escalations.
• Identify and manage risks and mitigation plans.
• Ensure coordination between technical, security, infrastructure and business teams.
• Oversee operational execution of the project (costs, timelines, quality).
• Maintain a high level of coordination among all stakeholders.
• Serve as the interface with support teams and change management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
