Tata Technologies in Toulouse, France, is seeking a PMO to support industrial operations by coordinating projects and providing technical guidance. The role involves working with cross-functional teams, managing documentation, and ensuring rigorous stakeholder communication to keep initiatives on track.

The ideal candidate will leverage root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies to drive corrective actions and support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma).

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO, project coordination, industrial operations, or technical project support.
• Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in manufacturing/engineering environments.
• Experience with documenting and reporting to stakeholders.

As part of our continuous growth in France, we are seeking a PMO to join our team and help support industrial operations by offering technical support and coordinate projects.

Experience:

• Experience in PMO, project coordination, industrial operations, or technical project support.
• Proven experience in Root cause analysis and problem‑solving methodologies (e.g., 5 Why, Ishikawa, PDCA).
• Leading corrective action plans and driving closure of technical or operational issues.
• Working with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment.
• Implementing process improvements and supporting continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).
• Managing documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication in a structured and rigorous manner.

Technical & Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to investigate complex issues.
• Ability to translate technical findings into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, especially in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
• Comfortable working in customer-facing contexts and adapting to customer processes.
• Experience working in international project teams is a strong advantage.
