Apgar is seeking a Legal Counsel Intern to join its international data consulting practice in Neuilly-sur-Seine. You will support tenders, analyze and negotiate client and supplier contracts, and help structure contract tools in a bilingual FR/EN environment.

You will monitor ongoing contracts, advise IT projects, and contribute to building the future legal department. A strong digital-law background and good English are essential for collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Law / Digital Law (ICT/IP) in final year.
• Knowledge of IT contract management and negotiation.
• Strong understanding of digital law (IT contracts, software, databases, personal data).
• Interest in the Data sector and innovative environments.
• Good level of English and enjoy working in a team.

Responsabilités

• Support project teams in tenders and contribute to their legal compliance and risk mitigation.
• Analyze and negotiate client and supplier contracts.
• Help structure and optimize contractual tools (contract repository, clause library in FR/EN, contract templates).
• Monitor ongoing contracts and advise IT projects.
• Contribute to reviewing contractual documents and to building the future legal department.
• Responsible for quality of deliverables with managerial support.
• Advise IT/IS teams and work in a project-based environment with good English.
