Mistral in Paris, France HQ, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead, Early Careers to design and run our global early careers strategy, including internships, graduate hiring, and campus recruitment. You will own end-to-end intern and graduate experiences and partner with hiring managers across departments to build scalable programs.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in tech or high-growth environments.
• Global early careers exposure: internships, graduate recruitment.
• Proven leadership in growing and managing recruiter teams.
• Experience building international school/university partnerships.
• Strong project management with inclusive intern programs.
• Data-driven mindset with metrics to improve processes.
• Fluent English; French is a plus; ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute strategic early careers programs with clear goals for intern and graduate pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers and People team to define role requirements and scale interview panels.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for interns and early careers hires globally.
• Build partnerships with top international schools and universities for multi-year sourcing.
• Create inclusive intern programs with structured learning objectives and mentorship.
• Lead campus recruitment events and develop employer branding for student markets.
• Manage and grow a hands-on recruitment team; set priorities and coach for scale.
• Develop scalable workflows, documentation, and tools to support rapid growth.
