BeReal is seeking a creative Social Media Manager to reactivate and reinvent its presence on global platforms. You’ll own voice across TikTok, Instagram, and BeReal, rekindling engagement with millions of followers and shaping content that feels human and on brand.

You’ll design the content calendar, drive real-time posts, and collaborate with Brand Strategy to roll out campaigns supporting growth, trust, and cultural relevance, including ads.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing social media for a youth-focused, culture-first brand or platform on a global scale (EMEA + USA preferred).
• Fluent in English with excellent writing and storytelling skills.
• Deep understanding of Gen Z behavior, trends, memes, and what earns attention and trust.
• Autonomy, willingness to take creative risks, test-learn-optimize mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead BeReal’s global social media presence across TikTok, Instagram, and BeReal, with potential expansion to emerging platforms.
• Design and own the content calendar from planned storytelling to real-time reactive posts.
• Reignite community engagement with authentic, on-brand content that resonates with a young audience.
• Collaborate with Brand Strategy to roll out campaigns that drive growth, brand trust, and cultural relevance (including ads).
• Track and analyze performance to optimize engagement, reach, and resonance.
