BeReal is seeking a creative video producer to craft mobile video ads that scale across markets. You will apply platform-native formats, benchmark competitors, and continuously experiment with new concepts while collaborating with a diverse, global team.

You will leverage AI creative tools, maintain a strong English communication, and work closely with a small, agile crew to drive measurable performance across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Scenario, Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway, etc.).
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, but open to more senior profiles.
• Deep familiarity with the mobile app market.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.

Responsabilités

• Create mobile video ads for BeReal that engage audiences at scale, leveraging platform-native formats and performance creative best practices.
• Become a creative expert: benchmark competitors, identify what makes content perform, and experiment with new concepts.
• Adapt existing BeReal creative concepts and develop new ones to support growth objectives across audiences and markets.
• Be AI savvy, from creative production to productivity and workflows.
• Understand how your creations perform and why: read hook rate, CTR, CVR, IPM, and retention signals to iterate quickly.
• Contribute to transversal creative initiatives (testing new tools, formats, production workflows).
• Work within a small creative squad alongside diverse teammates and the global team.

Role Create mobile video ads for BeReal that engage audiences at scale, leveraging platform-native formats and performance creative best practices

• Become a creative expert: benchmark competitors, identify what makes content perform, and continuously experiment with new creative concepts and approaches

• Adapt existing BeReal creative concepts and develop new ones to support growth objectives across different audiences and markets

• Be AI savvy, from creative production (GenAI) to productivity and operational workflows

• Understand how your creations perform and why: reading hook rate, CTR, CVR, IPM, and retention signals to iterate quickly and effectively

• Contribute to transversal creative initiatives (e.g., testing new tools, formats, and production workflows)

• Work within a small creative squad alongside amazing people from diverse backgrounds, collaborating closely with the global team when needed

Profile Fully proficient with video editing and content creation

• Expert in After Effects - Nice to have: 3D softwares

• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Scenario, Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway, etc.)

• Creative and have a hacker mindset

• Understand how your creations drive marketing performance

• Fluent in English, both oral and written

• At least 2+ year of experience in a similar role, but we're open to more senior profiles

• Deeply familiar with the mobile app market
