BeReal is seeking a video ads creator to produce mobile campaigns that engage audiences at scale, using platform-native formats and performance-driven creative practices.

You will benchmark competitors, develop new concepts, and adapt existing BeReal concepts to support growth across markets, while staying AI-savvy across production and workflows.

Join a global, diverse team in Paris, collaborating with a small creative squad and the BeReal Growth team to drive marketing performance and impact.

Qualifications

• Fully proficient with video editing and content creation.
• Expert in After Effects; 3D softwares is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Scenario, Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway, etc.)
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• At least 2+ years in a similar role; open to more senior profiles.
• Deeply familiar with the mobile app market.

Responsabilités

• Create mobile video ads for Be real that engage audiences at scale, leveraging platform-native formats and performance creative best practices
• Become a creative expert: benchmark competitors, identify what makes content perform, and continuously experiment with new creative concepts and approaches
• Adapt existing BeReal creative concepts and develop new ones to support growth objectives across different audiences and markets
• Be AI savvy, from creative production (GenAI) to productivity and operational workflows
• Understand how your creations perform and why: reading hook rate, CTR, CVR, IPM, and retention signals to iterate quickly and effectively
• Contribute to transversal creative initiatives (e.g., testing new tools, formats, and production workflows)
• Work within a small creative squad alongside amazing people from diverse backgrounds, collaborating closely with the global team when needed
