BeReal, headquartered in Paris, seeks a Head of Growth to scale its global user base and report to CEO, collaborating with Voodoo’s central growth team. You will build and lead a team of 3+ people across paid UA, product-led growth, partnerships, PR, content, influencer marketing, and more.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, entrepreneurial, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong teamwork and fluent English (French a plus).

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience driving growth for consumer-facing digital products, preferably social media or mobile apps.
• Demonstrated data-driven approach and growth hacking mindset.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop growth strategy to scale BeReal’s user base across channels.
• Partner with cross-functional and product teams to implement growth initiatives.
• Conduct systematic data analysis to measure channel performance and prioritize opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive growth strategies.
