Jobtailor in Paris is seeking a Senior Social Media Lead to shape our editorial voice and drive brand growth on Instagram and TikTok, balancing storytelling with performance metrics.

You will define strategy, coordinate creators and partners, and oversee editorial calendars, launches and campaigns. The role demands hands-on leadership, strong KPI focus, and the ability to translate brand goals into compelling formats across posts, videos, live streams, and collaborations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in social media / content / brand within a startup, a DTC brand or a high-exposure agency.
• Have grown a brand on Instagram and TikTok (organic and/or paid).
• Understand performance, awareness and conversion objectives.
• Comfortable with storytelling and KPIs.
• Strategic yet hands-on; able to brief and coordinate a team of creators / freelancers.
• Experience coordinating a team of creators / freelancers.
• Bonus: experience in beauty, women's products, or mobile apps.

Responsabilités

• Define an overall strategy (acquisition, conversion, brand)
• Build a strong, coherent and distinctive editorial line
• Conceive formats that will make iara loved and understood (posts, videos, live streams, mini-series…)
• Coordinate content production with our creators and partners
• Oversee editorial calendars, launches and campaigns
• Drive organic growth with a strong performance focus
• Identify opportunities (trends, influencer partnerships, collabs) to amplify our awareness
