Retarus is seeking an experienced Senior SEO professional to lead regional strategy across France, Spain, and Italy. You will own technical SEO, coordinate with development, and drive AI-driven search optimization to boost visibility and revenue.

Collaboration with content marketing, ABM, and regional teams is essential. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in B2B SaaS, strong data interpretation, and fluency in French (Paris), German (Munich), and English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or enterprise software environments.
• Deep expertise in technical SEO, including site architecture, crawl optimization, Core Web Vitals, structured data, hreflang, and international SEO.
• Proficiency with industry-standard SEO/analytics tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush and/or Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog or comparable crawlers.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, translating search data into actionable business insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and product marketing teams.
• Native-level French for Paris and German for Munich with professional English; knowledge of FR/DE enterprise tech landscape is a plus.
• Experience with ABM, enterprise CMS (WordPress), marketing automation (HubSpot), and CRM in B2B environments is advantageous.
• Experience presenting organic search performance and business impact to senior stakeholders is highly desirable.
• Current certifications in GA4, SEMrush SEO, HubSpot SEO, Google Looker Studio, or Google Tag Manager.

Responsabilités

• Own Regional Search Strategy: build and execute the roadmap for France, Spain, and Italy, focusing on pipeline contribution and revenue impact.
• Technical SEO: manage site health, audits, and content architectures with the web development team.
• GSO: lead visibility across AI-driven search platforms and optimize content/metadata for AI-generated results.
• Content/Campaign/ABM Alignment: collaborate with marketing to develop search-optimized content and campaigns.
• Experimentation & Competitive Intelligence: drive testing and monitor algorithm changes to improve visibility and conversions.
• Measurement & Reporting: define SEO KPIs, build dashboards, and report performance to stakeholders.
