Job summary

Coty SA is seeking a Global Senior Project Manager of Media in Paris to lead the translation of global media strategies into local executions across luxury brands. You will coordinate with local media and marketing teams, agencies, and partners to drive profitable growth and optimize ROI across TV, digital, OOH, and print channels.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

8+ years in media with an agency background.
Experience managing media budgets across multiple brands.
Strong knowledge of the digital media landscape and platforms.
Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams.
Global and beauty industry experience appreciated.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
Track record of supporting and executing Global Media strategies.

Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of the Global Media strategy across platforms and brands.
Build and maintain relationships across media sectors and digital players.
Support Global Marketing to scale worldwide investments and align markets.
Deliver against business goals and optimize ROI.
Communicate progress against key metrics and optimize performance.
Collaborate with agency to understand the competitive marketplace.
Collaborate with Brand Marketing teams to ensure Media contributes to growth.
Develop and deliver media presentations for Brands and leadership.
Maintain relationships with the Media Agency of Record.
Collaborate with Influencer & Digital Marketing teams on content partnerships.
