Job summary

WPP Media in Paris is seeking a Global Media Planning Lead to drive excellence across B2C and B2B campaigns for a major Global Financial Services/Insurance account. You will translate strategy into actionable planning, oversee a talented team, and partner with Strategy Lead and Creative Agency.

This senior role demands strong leadership, deep experience in multi-market environments, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in media planning or integrated media strategy.
• Experience with global, regional, multi-market accounts preferred.
• Proven leadership in coaching senior planners.
• Fluency in English and French is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of global communications plans for B2C and B2B priorities.
• Translate client objectives into measurable media strategies and activation plans.
• Partner with Global Strategy Lead and Creative Agency for integrated campaigns.
• Manage a planning team across multiple markets and ensure high-quality output.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and agency partners to deliver excellence.
