Qualifications

• 8+ years in media with agency background and strategy across TV, Digital, OOH, Print.
• Experience managing media budgets across multiple brands.
• Strong knowledge of digital media landscape and platforms.
• Experience aligning media with Ecom and Eretail teams.
• Global and beauty industry experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
• Track record of delivering Global Media strategies aligned with objectives.
• Understanding of KPIs to optimize media performance.
• Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams.
• Experience building partnerships with digital players.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of the Global Media strategy, in collaboration with the agency, across all platforms and brands.
• Build and maintain relationships across all media sectors and key digital players.
• Support Global Marketing to scale worldwide investments and challenge market discrepancies.
• Deliver against business goals with ROI focus.
• Communicate progress against key metrics and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with the agency to understand competitive marketplace and PCA takeaways.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing teams to ensure Media contributes to growth.
• Contribute to first-to-market innovation with digital partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, PR/Influencer, Ecommerce; work with Consumer Market Insights on SOM trends.
• Develop and deliver media presentations for Brands and leadership, plus reporting/education for Fashion Houses.
• Maintain relationships with Media Agency of Record.
• Collaborate with Influencer & Digital Marketing teams for content partnerships.
