Hyatt is seeking a Global Sales Specialist to support the Global Sales Force in EAME on a fixed-term maternity cover through 30 September 2027, based in Paris. You will collaborate with corporate accounts, Meetings & Events, and hotel sales teams worldwide to achieve revenue goals.

You will manage account development activities, group leads, RFPs, audits and reporting, leveraging Envision, Lanyon, Cognos and 360; strong organization and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support within hospitality.
• Strong administrative, organizational and task management skills.
• Knowledge of sales processes: account management, group leads, RFPs, audits and reporting.
• Proficiency with Envision, Lanyon, Cognos and 360.

Responsabilités

• Support Global Sales team across region and help deliver priorities.
• Assist account management activities including group leads and RFPs.
• Track KPIs and prepare reports.
• Maintain regular communication with Hyatt Sales Force offices globally.
• Keep Hyatt Sales systems accurate and up to date.
