Job summary

CELINE is seeking a stage (internship) in Paris to support the Retail Development team as a Global Retail Performance Analyst. The role focuses on monitoring sales performance, deploying projects, and maintaining the store database with cross-functional collaboration.

You will work with Excel and PowerBI, produce dashboards, and help translate data into actionable insights for store performance and staff productivity.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and ability to create actionable insights from data.
• Experience turning complex data into clear, concise recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales performance and support weekly/monthly reviews with ad-hoc reporting.
• Analyze KPIs (UPT, cross-selling) and support action plans.
• Maintain and update global store database and ensure data accuracy.
