Christian Dior Couture invites a motivated student to join the Europe Retail Performance team in Paris as an internship. You will contribute to transforming retail tools, CRM applications, and omnichannel services, with a focus on improving efficiency, customer experience and store performance.

The role involves preparing weekly/monthly reports, creating analytics for leadership meetings, and supporting multiple stakeholders across Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, and HR.

Qualifications

• Student BAC+4/5 in Management/Business.
• First experience in a retail environment would be appreciated in Boutique and/or in Headquarter.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Responsabilités

• Provide weekly and monthly reporting.
• Prepare analysis presentations for monthly meetings with General Managers and key stakeholders, as well as quarterly meetings with the Customer Experience community.
• Be the main point of contact for Boutiques in managing requests and issues.
