CELINE is seeking a data-driven Retail Performance Assistant to support the Retail Performance Manager in monitoring global sales performance and deploying data-driven projects across the team.

You will maintain the store database, develop dashboards in PowerBI, and collaborate with IT and store operations to improve reporting, planning and KPI tracking. Fluency in French and English is required, and relocation to Paris is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a business-related degree.
• Strong Excel skills required; PowerBI knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication and organizational abilities.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and report sales performance; create ad-hoc reports.
• Follow up on key performance indicators (KPIs) and deploy action plans.
• Maintain and clean the store database with accuracy across openings and records.
• Develop and provide training support; collaborate with IT and operations on reporting.
