CELINE is seeking a data-driven Retail Performance Assistant to support the Retail Performance Manager in monitoring global sales performance and deploying data-driven projects across the team.

You will maintain the store database, develop dashboards in PowerBI, and collaborate with IT and store operations to improve reporting, planning and KPI tracking. Fluency in French and English is required, and relocation to Paris is expected.

Job Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

As part of the Retail Development department, you will support the Retail Performance Manager in following and sustaining the sales performance at a global level through the follow‑up of performance and deployment of dedicated projects, processes, and tools.

Your Impact Will Be To

1. Monitor Business Performance

• Support monthly and weekly review of sales performance and create ad‑hoc reportings.
• Follow up on key performance indicators (UPT, cross‑selling, etc.) and implement action plans when required.
• Perform ad‑hoc analyses of stores and staff productivity (net sales per sqm, net sales per staff by zone, KPI challenges, etc.).

2. Maintain the Store Database

• Ensure the database is kept up to date for incoming store openings.
• Assure accuracy of existing store records through regular checks in collaboration with regional retail operations.
• Create new store entries for showroom buying sessions.
• Support the Retail Performance Manager on projects affecting the store database.
• Develop and provide training support.
• Act as transversal business partner across departments responsible for data filling.

3. Deploy and Follow‑Up Improvement Actions

• Provide stores with tools for better traffic match and monitor results on KPIs (e.g., conversion rate).
• Partner with the IT team to improve reportings for better performance monitoring and decision‑support.
• Work closely with store operations and performance managers to improve processes at every level.
• Collaborate with the insights team to develop new PowerBI dashboards.
• Support the rollout of the staff‑planning tool from conception to training.

Profile

Key for success: Education must be from business school or university. Must possess strong Excel skills; PowerBI knowledge is an advantage. Must be able to transform complex data into actionable insights. Must be detail‑oriented, highly organized, and analytical. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be fluent in French and English. Must reside or be willing to relocate to Paris (2ème, 75002). Potential starting date: January 2027, 6‑month contract.
