Job summary

Christian Louboutin is seeking a Performance Analyst Intern to join the Global Business and Client Performance team in Paris. You will collaborate with IT, ecom, retail, merchandising and support cross-functional projects while gaining experience in the luxury retail industry.

Your main duties include automating key reporting, creating training materials, and performing business analysis alongside the Senior Analyst, with emphasis on PowerBI reporting and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering; BAC+5.
• Strong Excel and analytical mindset.
• PowerBI experience is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and report on weekly, monthly, and yearly trade, providing insights to maximize business performance.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis on business and client performance as needed.
• Create reports and optimize existing ones using PowerBI.
• Collaborate with the Senior Analyst to update reporting and analyze sales trends.
• Develop new formats to facilitate decision-making for business optimization.
• Support the team to organize and deliver training on existing and new reports.
• Communicate on evolution of automatic reports and update user guides.
• Participate in reporting harmonization from workshops to deployment.
