RH Hospitality is seeking an experienced Hospitality Leader to elevate service and operations across our restaurants. You will cultivate talent, refine systems, and create unforgettable experiences for guests and team members in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of leadership in high-volume dining, strong financial acumen, and proficiency with Excel and POS/inventory systems. English proficiency is required due to our international teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant or equivalent.
• Strong track record in managing financial performance, labor costs, and inventory controls.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and POS/inventory systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop Team Members and Leaders with a people-first mindset and provide ongoing coaching.
• Define strategic direction of dining team, oversee recruitment, hiring and onboarding.
• Drive a service-driven culture and elevate guest experiences in RH Hospitality venues.
• Uphold quality, safety, and regulatory standards across dining operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Culinary and Gallery Leadership to amplify success.
