Schneider Electric is seeking a Global Real Estate Director to lead strategy, governance and sustainability across a multi-site, international footprint. You will drive analytics, portfolio optimization, and durable governance between Corporate, Regional, and site teams.

Lead IFM/FM and vendor governance, while embedding climate risk and CSRD/TCFD disclosures into site strategy and CapEx planning. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership and a passion for sustainable, efficient

Qualifications

Experience in global Real Estate, Facility Management, or related fields across a multi site, international environment.
Knowledge of integrated facility management (IFM), service delivery models, and vendor governance.
Strong understanding of real estate transactions and portfolio optimization.
Experience with climate and nature capital risk frameworks (TCFD, TNFD, scenario analysis) and sustainability reporting (CSRD).
Proficiency in FM/RE systems, workplace tools, financial modeling, and CapEx/Opex planning.
Professional certifications such as IFMA (CFM), LEED AP, and GARP SCR preferred.
Degree in Real Estate, Facility Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Business preferred.

Responsabilités

Define global Real Estate strategy with Corporate RE, Industrialization, and GSC partners to support footprint optimization.
Harmonize and monitor end-to-end property portfolio data, contracts, KPIs, and governance.
Oversee Real Estate decisions across GSC portfolio aligned with strategic priorities.
Deliver analytics for location strategy, make vs lease, and footprint evolution.
Strengthen governance to align Corporate, Regional, and SERE teams.
Build global IFM/FM capability through benchmarking and cost transparency.
Standardize FM practices globally and promote convergence of regional models.
Embed sustainability criteria into global FM models and vendor selection.
Partner with Corporate Security and Indirect Procurement on governance of security and access.
Drive governance processes: KPIs, SLAs, risk assessments and audits.
Integrate climate risk assessment into site strategy and CapEx planning.
Lead transversal projects across Real Estate, FM, SERE, Digital, Sustainability, and GSC strategy.
Own RE/FM contributions to Sustainability Cockpit and CSRD/TCFD disclosures.
Support Digital transformation, AI use cases, and data-driven decision tools.
