Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated, Paris on-site, seeks a Global Sustainability Reporting, Disclosure & Compliance Lead to oversee data programs, GHG accounting and external reporting. You will manage the annual Sustainable Impact Report prep, ensure audit-ready data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet CSRD, CDP and other standards.

Strong Excel, written and verbal communication skills, and experience coordinating third-party assurance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Expertise in greenhouse gas accounting methodologies and protocols (GHG Protocol).
• Experience managing sustainability data collection, validation and reporting across sites/regions.
• Strong knowledge of CDP, DJSI, GRI, TCFD, SASB frameworks for reporting.
• Experience coordinating third-party assurance or audits.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis and QA.
• Firme written and verbal communication; collaborative work style.

Responsabilités

• Manage external sustainability reporting and disclosure activities to ensure accuracy.
• Support client accounts in annual Sustainable Impact Report preparation and data gathering.
• Ensure alignment with disclosure requirements, best practices, and audit readiness.
• Oversee responses to inquiries from rating agencies such as CDP, DJSI, and SASB.
• Maintain SOPs and documentation supporting reporting activities.
• Track emerging sustainability regulations and trends (CSRD, CDP, GHG Protocol).
