Schneider Electric is seeking a Global Real Estate Director to drive strategy, governance, and performance across an international footprint. You will lead cross‑functional teams, align corporate and regional priorities, and ensure sustainable real estate outcomes.

The role emphasizes data‑driven decision making, standards, and governance to optimize productivity, costs, and sustainability across offices, plants, and labs worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in global Real Estate, Facility Management, or related fields across a multi-site, international environment.
• Knowledge of integrated facility management (IFM) and vendor governance.
• Strong understanding of real estate transactions (acquisitions, renewals, disposals) and portfolio optimization.
• Experience in climate and nature risk frameworks (TCFD, TNFD) and sustainability disclosure (CSRD, GHG Protocol).
• Proficiency in FM/RE systems and CapEx/Opex planning.
• Professional certifications (IFMA CFM, LEED AP) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define and harmonize global Real Estate strategy with stakeholders to support footprint optimization and growth.
• Oversee portfolio data, contracts, KPIs, governance, and end-to-end property care.
• Provide analytics on location strategy, make vs lease, and productivity driven by data.
• Standardize FM practices globally and promote best-practice sharing.
• Embed sustainability criteria in FM models and vendor selection.
• Lead cross-functional projects across RE, FM, SERE, and Digital initiatives.
