Job summary

Seco Tools LLC is seeking a Global Quality Specialist to translate industry standards, customer expectations and regulatory requirements into effective manufacturing controls, procedures and documentation.

You will work globally with operations, engineering, sales and product management, strengthening quality across sites and acting as a trusted advisor. The role involves travel across Europe and reporting to the Head of Quality Assurance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on quality assurance experience in manufacturing or regulated industries.
• Strong auditing and compliance knowledge.
• Experience with customers, certification bodies, or regulators in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent English with ability to communicate with production teams, engineers and leaders.
• Experience with leading internal or supplier quality audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA methods and audit programs across production units.
• Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal audits, compliance reviews, and spot checks.
• Assess gaps against industry standards, customer requirements, audit findings, and internal objectives.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions and root-cause investigations.
• Represent Seco in customer audits, technical reviews, and qualification activities.
