Job summary

Sephora Europe Quality is seeking a maternity leave cover Quality Analyst to support the team across Europe. You will oversee onboarding of brands, coordinate microbiological testing, and maintain GMP certificates and social audit reports for production sites.

Join a dynamic European environment working with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain and Launch teams to drive quality performance, manage product withdrawals and recalls, and mentor interns on daily tasks.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or supplier quality, ideally in cosmetics, consumer goods, or regulated industries.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in an international environment.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deploy Sephora quality processes with brands monitored in Europe.
• Coordinate onboarding of new brands in line with Sephora requirements.
• Coordinate microbiological testing with external laboratory partners.
