Job summary

The role drives strategy, audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement across international operations, with occasional travel and a remote work setup within Europe.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with extensive supplier quality experience.
Proven leadership in global supplier quality across multiple sites or regions.
Strong knowledge of APQP/PPAP and problem-solving methodologies.

Lead the global SQE organization and develop talent.
Oversee supplier qualification, audits, and corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvement and zero-defect initiatives.
