Job summary

Seco Tools is seeking a Global Quality Specialist to translate industry standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements into effective manufacturing controls, procedures, and documentation. You will work globally, strengthening quality capabilities and advising operations, engineering, sales, and customers.

The role focuses on auditing, CAPA, and continuous improvement across multiple production sites, with travel across Europe.

Qualifications

• Hands-on quality assurance experience in manufacturing or regulated industries.
• Strong auditing and compliance knowledge with ability to translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience with customers, certification bodies or regulatory entities in manufacturing environments.
• Degree or equivalent experience in engineering, manufacturing, materials science, quality management or production technology.
• Fluency in English and ability to communicate with production teams, engineers, customers and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA methods and audit programs across production units.
• Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal audits, compliance reviews, and spot checks.
• Assess gaps against industry standards, customer requirements, audit findings, and internal quality objectives.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions, root cause investigations, and roadmaps to completion.
• Represent Seco in customer audits, technical reviews, certification audits, and qualification activities.
• Train and coach colleagues while building knowledge of regulated industry quality requirements across the organization.
