Job summary

Seco Tools LLC is seeking a Global SQEHS Process Lead to develop, govern, and continuously improve our worldwide SQEHS process landscape. You will work at the intersection of strategy, management systems, and sustainability, ensuring scalable and usable global processes.

You report to the Head of Quality Assurance, drive certification activities across ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, and lead a global audit network while coordinating cross-functional change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems and compliance frameworks.
• Lead Auditor certification or extensive audit experience.
• Experience driving process standardization and global change initiatives.
• Experience using ARIS or a similar process management platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of the global SQEHS process framework.
• Own and coordinate ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, including certification activities.
• Lead and develop the global internal audit network and coordinate external certification audits.
• Monitor process performance and translate regulatory and ISO requirements into practical business solutions.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives, training and awareness activities across the organization.
