Job summary

CMA CGM in Marseille is seeking an experienced Project Manager HR & Analytics to drive strategic HR transformation initiatives across Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and Early Careers. You will partner with HR, IT and communications to deliver data-driven programs that enhance recruitment effectiveness.

You will lead cross-functional projects, build plans and dashboards, identify risks, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Digital Transformation or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Consulting or Project Management and Transformation within HR/Recruitment.
• Experience in international and matrix organizations is advantageous.
• Exposure to digital transformation or HR tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Talent Attraction projects from initiation to implementation.
• Build project plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Governance and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify risks and mitigation actions for delivery.
• Coordinate HR, IT, Communications and business teams.
• Develop executive-ready analyses and presentations.
• Identify process improvements to increase operational effectiveness.
• Support data analytics and KPI governance.
