CMA CGM is seeking a Lead Product Owner for the MARLIN program, a strategic digital initiative to manage and optimize CMA CGM Fleet and Network. You will run a portfolio of products, collaborating with business stakeholders to translate needs into user stories and drive delivery in an Agile environment.

You will lead workshops with the development team, validate IT solutions within budget, and ensure deliverables meet data quality and business value KPIs.

Formación

• Leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams across departments.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to identify key elements and risks.
• Able to adapt quickly to changing project requirements.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product ownership.
• Background in Shipping or CMA CGM domain is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collect and prioritize business requirements with stakeholders.
• Maintain and refine the Product Backlog with user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead workshops with the development team to align objectives and features.
• Oversee IT solution validation, production readiness, and issue triage.
• Monitor product progress and ensure alignment with business KPIs.
• Support change management, rollout strategy, and user training.
• Deliver regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and product features.
