CEVA Logistics is seeking a Global Business Process Excellence Expert to strengthen our performance and efficiency across the global network. This role focuses on defining standards, developing training, and coaching teams to adopt best practices that drive profitability and value for customers.

You will lead cross-regional initiatives, establish governance, and monitor KPIs with a data-driven approach while collaborating with global, regional, and country teams to ensure alignment and sustained

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated success in leading contract logistics operations and delivering process excellence initiatives (5–10 years).
• Proven track record of managing complex BPE projects at a senior specialist or supervisory level.

Responsabilités

• Governance and standardisation across assigned programs with regional consistency.
• Develop training materials, lead workshops, and transfer knowledge to strengthen organisational capability.
• Act as primary liaison between global, regional, and country teams to foster collaboration.
• Analyse performance, identify improvements, and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Drive Change initiatives with structured communication and training to ensure adoption.
• Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and elevate issues to leadership.
• Define KPIs, monitor progress, and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders.
