CEVA Logistics seeks a Senior transformation specialist within Inland Services Procurement to drive the Target Operating Model design and implement transformation tools across regions. You will support KPI reporting, spend analytics, and cross-functional alignment with IT and Finance to enable strategic initiatives.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, process standardization, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, procurement, engineering, or related field.
• Experience in procurement transformation, project management, or strategic sourcing.
• Experience with data analytics tools and KPI tracking (Excel, Power BI, SQL).
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2) or transformation methodologies.
• Experience with procurement tools and Inland Services procurement.
• English proficient; French a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support TOM design and implementation for Inland Services Procurement.
• Implement transformation tools and processes aligned with strategy.
• Monitor KPI reporting for regional teams and cost optimization.
• Contribute to group-wide procurement tools development.
• Drive change management including training and communication.
• Provide data analytics to support strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with transformation, IT, Finance and procurement stakeholders.
• Document procedures and identify process improvements for efficiency.
