CEVA Logistics, Marseille-based within the Global Business Excellence department, seeks a senior specialist to define, develop, communicate, train and monitor performance against CEVA’s long-term strategy, with annual targets.

You will govern programs, build training materials, lead workshops, engage global and regional teams, analyze performance, drive improvements, manage change, identify risks, and report KPIs to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven success in leading contract logistics operations and process excellence.
Track record managing complex BPE projects at senior specialist or supervisory level.
Expertise in change management and Lean/Six Sigma tools.
Strong understanding of Matrix WMS functionalities across modules.
Ability to apply process engineering and improvement methodologies.
Advanced analytical skills to interpret data and recommend solutions.
Proven capability to train and coach individuals and teams at all levels.
Leadership to motivate and develop diverse teams.
Excellent English communication; capable of simplifying technical concepts.
