CMA CGM Group is seeking a Group Data Protection Officer to strengthen privacy and digital compliance across the group. The role involves acting as DPO for CMA CGM SA / Head Office and leading cross-functional, international privacy initiatives.

You will collaborate with AI Governance, Privacy Compliance, Legal, IT, and HR teams to ensure privacy by design, manage DPIAs, LIAs, TIAs, and data breaches, and drive governance and training across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in personal data protection, privacy law, digital law, or privacy compliance.
• Strong expertise in GDPR and international privacy issues, including governance, DPIAs, LIAs, TIAs, data subject rights, and incident management.
• Ability to translate complex legal requirements into scalable privacy policies, templates, and training.

Responsabilités

• Provide independent, practical, risk-based advice on personal data protection matters.
• Lead privacy-by-design reviews and DPIAs for Group projects (IT, AI, HR, operations).
• Advise on DPIAs, LIAs, TIAs, and other privacy-risk assessments.
• Monitor compliance with data protection requirements and internal policies.
• Manage data subject rights requests, incidents, and documentation.
• Escalate complex privacy matters to governance bodies.
• Support relations with supervisory authorities and internal audits.
