Job summary

Accor Tech & Digital is seeking a strategic leader to join the Pricing Strategy function globally.

You will join a central team of Pricing managers and drive the transformation of the Pricing community to maximize value creation across Ecommerce, Loyalty, Revenue Management, and Sales.  The role requires 5+ years in pricing/revenue management in global, data-driven environments, with a strong track record of influencing cross-domain initiatives and delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Pricing and/or Revenue Management in global organizations (B2C).
• Experience with data-driven pricing and AI or personalization.
• Executive presence with strong influence across business, technology and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Pricing initiatives and roadmaps across multiple domains (Ecommerce, Loyalty, Revenue Management).
• Co-design and govern pricing strategy and 360° toolbox with BUs and Pricing Excellence.
• Explain and promote pricing value to stakeholders from senior management to operational teams.
