Job summary

Phillips-Medisize Pharma Team seeks a Global Account Director to lead Tier-1 pharmaceutical customers with a strategic, global growth mindset. This remote role could be based in France, Nordics or Switzerland, working across a matrix organization to grow revenue and profitability.

You will build relationships across functions and with senior customers, driving long‑term value for Phillips-Medisize and its pharma partners on a global scale.

Qualifications

• 15 years or more sales management with a strategic mindset.
• Experience in management.
• Influencing and persuasive skills.
• Experience working in the Pharma Drug Delivery and Packaging industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global business strategy for allocated Tier-1 customers.
• Communicate the business strategy to management, project teams, and customers in a clear and compelling way that creates alignment and drives execution.
• Work with Phillips-Medisize senior management to attract investment and support Tier-1 customers.
• Drive growth and profitability of existing and new business at Tier-1 customers.
• Build and lead virtual teams to address customers’ needs ensuring long‑term profitable growth for Phillips-Medisize.
• Build strong relationships with customers at all levels, including C-suite, to grow sales and manage existing work.
• Identify market/customer trends, unmet market needs and product opportunities where Phillips-Medisize capabilities can create value for tier-1 customers.
• Responsible for customer RFQ’s, participating in the development of new project proposals, negotiating master development and supply agreements
