• MBA preferred.

• Experience in pharmaceutical sector and market insights.
• Global, matrix organization experience preferred.
• English fluency required.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic planning for Aptar Pharma across divisions globally.
• Drive market intelligence and competitive insights to support decisions.
• Own CRM governance and analytics to inform leadership reviews.
• Identify business opportunities and develop plans with cross-functional teams.
• Support negotiations and licensing discussions; manage IP considerations.
