Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in food technology development or R&D.
• Experience in process scale-up and product implementation.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Industrialization of new petfood products.
• Develop and maintain R&D specifications for petfood products.
• Define process and product validation requirements.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and manage product knowledge.
• Apply problem-solving methodologies and SPC tools.
