Remote is hiring a Payroll Specialist Lead to manage end-to-end payroll across our global operations. You will handle statutory filings, data integrity, and payments, collaborating with Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams.

The role emphasizes accuracy, process improvements, and leadership to mentor colleagues. We value analytical thinkers with Excel/Google Suite proficiency, fluency in English, and comfort working asynchronously in a distributed, international

Qualifications

End-to-end payroll processing in-house or via payroll provider.
Knowledge of payroll best practices.
Proficient with Excel/Google Suite.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work asynchronously in a global context.

Responsabilités

Act as a true subject matter expert for the country.
Manage relationships with Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, Engineers.
Process full end-to-end payroll in-house, handle statutory filings, approvals, payments and compliance.
Ensure data integrity and quality.
Prepare payroll journals/reconciliations.
Focus on KPIs and SLAs.
Implement and improve processes.
Mentor and support payroll specialists.
Back up regional managers during absences.
